  • How can I buy from Seeds Concept Online?

    Buying from the Seeds Concept website is very simple.
    After registering as a customer, simply click on the articles to access their descriptions, select the desired color and size and add to cart.
    Finally, click the Checkout button and follow the steps indicated.
  • Can I buy from Seeds Concept Online anywhere in the world?

    Currently, the online shop only makes shipments to Portugal, United States, Canada, Germany Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, France (Metropolitan and Corsica), Greece, Netherlands, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Poland, United Kingdom (except Channel Islands) and Czech Republic.
  • Will I have to pay Customs Fees and Import Fees?

    Due to the different customs policies and import taxes, Seeds Concept has no control over any costs that may be applied when an order arrives in the country of destination, and it is not possible to predict the exact value of these rates.

    If you have any questions, you should contact your local customs before placing your order to obtain information about customs charges and their applicability.
  • What methods of payment do you accept?

    You can pay with Visa, Maestro, American Express cards, or through a Paypal account.

    With a PayPal account, you can choose to link your credit card or bank account to PayPal and make secure purchases. You will be redirected to the PayPal page where you must authenticate and validate the payment. After that you will return to the Seeds Concept page again.

    Payment by credit or debit card requires you to enter a valid card details. If the information is not valid, an error message will appear, making it impossible to complete the payment.
    Credit cards are subject to verification of validation and authorization by the issuing entities, but if they do not authorize payment, we will not be held responsible for any delay or lack of delivery and we will not be able to enter into the purchase and sale agreement with the user.
    Always check if you have 3D-secure active with your banking institution.

  • Shipments

    If you make a purchase before 12 pm, we will ship the order the same day. Orders received after 12 pm are shipped the next business day.

    All customs costs in the countries of destination of the orders are the sole responsibility of the buyers/customers.

    Delivery methods and deadlines may change according to the time of year. The dates shown are indicative only. Any delay in the dispatch of items, compared to the estimated dates presented, which are merely indicative, does not entitle the Customer to any compensation. We do not guarantee this period during Promotions, Sales, Christmas, Black Friday and out of stock periods.

    After the shipment of the order from our warehouses, the responsibility for the same passes to the respective transport company. Any delay in the shipment of items, compared to the estimated dates presented, does not confer the right to compensation. Shipping charges can be modified at any time and without prior notice. In any case, the shipping costs that appear at the time of placing the order will be valid.

    Seeds Concept declines any responsibility in case of violation of the legislation of the country where the order is delivered. It is up to the customer to check with the local authorities the conditions of importation or use of the products that he intends to order. The risk of damage or loss is transferred to the buyer at the time of delivery or, if he wrongly refuses delivery when it is attempted or if the data provided is not correct. Surcharges may apply if the buyer is not present at the time and place of delivery. An order is considered "delivered" with the signature of the delivery receipt at the agreed address.

Exchanges and Returns

  • How can I return an item I bought at the online store?

    We do not currently accept returns in stores, only through the online store.

    To make a return order, you must:
    • Log in to your account;
    • Go to the "My Orders" section;
    • Select the respective order;
    • Click Return / Exchange and follow the steps indicated.

    Your refund will be processed on the following days using the payment method used.
  • Do I have any cost in returning my item?

    Returns on Seeds Concept Online are always free.

    United States and Canada: Free return.

    For home pick-ups, it is not possible to provide this service.

    Thus, these collections imply an availability on the part of the client to be present at the indicated address between 09:00 and 19:00.

    This collection is free only for the first appointment.

    If it is found that the collection was not successful due to the absence of the customer, the following collections will be charged to the customer (cost of 3.00).

    Please note that you must always attach the document proving the cost of sending the item returned for the purpose of reimbursement.

    If the returned order does not contain this information, reimbursement of shipping costs can not be considered.

  • When and how will I receive my refund?

    The refund will be processed after receipt of the returned items and their evaluation by the Quality Department, in the same payment method used when purchasing.
