  • How can I buy from Seeds Concept Online?

    Buying from the Seeds Concept website is very simple.
    After registering as a customer, simply click on the articles to access their descriptions, select the desired color and size and add to cart.
    Finally, click the Checkout button and follow the steps indicated.
  • Can I buy from Seeds Concept Online anywhere in the world?

    Currently, the online shop only makes shipments to Portugal, United States, Canada, Germany Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, France (Metropolitan and Corsica), Greece, Netherlands, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Poland, United Kingdom (except Channel Islands) and Czech Republic.
  • Will I have to pay Customs Fees and Import Fees?

    Due to the different customs policies and import taxes, Seeds Concept has no control over any costs that may be applied when an order arrives in the country of destination, and it is not possible to predict the exact value of these rates.

    If you have any questions, you should contact your local customs before placing your order to obtain information about customs charges and their applicability.
  • What methods of payment do you accept?

    Our website is safe and secure. We take your privacy very seriously, all you need to do when ordering online with us is choose the card or Paypal account that best suits you!


  • How can I return an item I bought at the online store?

    We do not currently accept returns in stores, only through the online store.

    To make a return order, you must:
    • Log in to your account;
    • Go to the "My Orders" section;
    • Select the respective order;
    • Click Return / Exchange and follow the steps indicated.

    Your refund will be processed on the following days using the payment method used.
  • Do I have any cost in returning my item?

    Returns on Seeds Concept Online are always free.

    United States and Canada: Free return.

    For home pick-ups, it is not possible to provide this service.

    Thus, these collections imply an availability on the part of the client to be present at the indicated address between 09:00 and 19:00.

    This collection is free only for the first appointment.

    If it is found that the collection was not successful due to the absence of the customer, the following collections will be charged to the customer (cost of 3.00).

    Please note that you must always attach the document proving the cost of sending the item returned for the purpose of reimbursement.

    If the returned order does not contain this information, reimbursement of shipping costs can not be considered.

  • When and how will I receive my refund?

    The refund will be processed after receipt of the returned items and their evaluation by the Quality Department, in the same payment method used when purchasing.
